Lasted less than 2 months before it stopped working completely! – I had this USB adapter for about 6 weeks. I only used it with very light loads and maybe a couple of times times a week within that period. With just that little amount of use in such a short period of time, the adapter now no longer works whatsoever. None of the ports function anymore, and of course, it happened about 1 week after the return window had passed. Garbage. Look for a better alternative.

Handy little piece for a Mac Mini – I bought the new Mac Mini with the M1 chip and I love it, extremely fast. However, it has 2 USB A and 2 USB C ports and I needed more. THis takes a single USB C port and gives you 3 USB A’s , a USB C , and HDMI , and card readers for about anything out there. In addition the HDMI port is 60 hz, meaning a better video quality for videos.
