Works perfectly – This hotspot is simple, easy to use and works well. The battery has started to fail, but the seller has offered a credit of 20 percent so I can purchase a replacement battery So I am very pleased with this hotspot and the support I received.

STAY AWAY!!! Terrible seller. Defective out of the box… Can’t return and seller won’t respond – I was so excited when this thing came in! I took it right to the AT&t store to set it up. After 45 minutes and three different SIM cards, the tech at the store advised me that the unit was defective and could not detect the SIM card (he even used the one out of his phone that he knew was working, to be sure that it wasn’t the SIM card that was the problem). As soon as I got home, I attempted to return the unit only to find out that Amazon will not accept returns on this item. I contacted the seller using the tool on Amazon, and after more than 2 days I have still not received any response from the seller. I wish I had looked at the reviews before making the purchase, because nearly 20% (it’s over 25% now) of the buyers have rated this unit one star. Many comments indicate that their units were also defective, so this is a common problem. Save yourself the headache and do not purchase this unit. In fact, do not buy anything from this seller as they are clearly not in the business of satisfying their customers. UPDATE: nearly a month later and still wrangling with the seller try to get a return label to send it back. They have lied to me twice saying that they sent it. Still no label. Now disputing with Amazon. Noticed that a full 25% of the reviews are now one star! They know they are selling defective junk and don’t care. SECOND UPDATE: After another week of wrangling with these people trying to return this piece of trash, I called Amazon to demand they give me a refund. They again sent the seller a message requiring them to respond to them and send me the return label. If not, they would process a claim after 48 hours for a full refund. Of course the seller sent the label after 36 hours or so (they only respond if Amazon gets involved directly). So I printed the label and took it to the post office immediately. I got a receipt and tracking number, and photographed the package for proof of it’s condition, as I have zero confidence that they are going to do the right thing. I am so frustrated and will never buy from this seller again.

Terrible – The service is not reliable. The connection never stays connected. In all ways and forms this is a waste of your money. Save up and buy a better product. This is of such poor quality. It’s almost impossible to use the internet minutes you have to buy for this. It’s twice a waste of money. When you purchase this item and then when you purchase the minutes to work it. Also getting to tech support is IMPOSSIBLE. The website took me to the app and the app said I had to go through the website. It was a circle of no results. Do not purchase this.

Not sure about this product – Apparently I have to buy sim card and pay a monthly fee for this to work….but the biggest complaint I have with this device is that ONCE YOU PURCHASE IT YOU WILL NOT BE AUTHORIZED TO RETURN IT.So make sure you can use it
