Great miner – Sensecap has been a great Helium partner and they are on top of firmware updates and their own application updates. The Sensecap has a great admin console and android application, and customer support is responsive. The hotspots are solid devices and little workhorses. This is my second hotspot and plan to buy more Sensecaps. I bought this Sensecap through Parlay Labs reseller on Amazon. Parlay Labs is a great company with fantastic customer service. I will be ordering my next hotspot from them and looking forward to doing more business with them.

Not 4G like the description says – only 2G – Not as described, but I took our their supplied 2G Pi4 and put in my own 4G Pi4.

Sensecap M1 Listed as having 4 GB but you will only receive 2 GB of RAM – Cannot return unit once it is added to the Blockchain. Viewed details on the Sensecap MX hotspot dashboard and noticed mine had 2GB. You can’t see these details unless you register your hotspot and add it to the blockchain. If you open the unit up you cannot return. Kind of a catch22. Had decent rewards the first week and then started dropping off. HNT price dropping recently also. Maybe if you were an early adopter of Helium you could have made $ but too late in the game. Cool experiment to tinker with but equipment will never pay for itself in my case.

FALSE ADVERTISING – Not 4 GB Device – Claims to be a 4 GB unit, but it’s only 2. It’s possible you’ll get a 4 GB device, but I did not, and they refused to replace it or refund, because I had set up the device without realizing I had been cheated.

Does it’s job! – I ended up buying another and setting it up at my grandmothers house. Decent little miner, do your research, takes a little bit of know how to set up. Pay attention to your area and enjoy!

Do your research – Make sure to do your due diligence before buying. If your not in a good location plus the fact that the networks are not producing as much as it was before, you will end up spending 200+ for it to just be sitting not collecting anything but dust. As far as the product came pretty quick and as stated.
