Beware of older SONOFF TH10 and other smart switches – I just came back from the park. I brought an inverter to power the SONOFF TH10. I brought an Android 9 phone to pretend to be the Deco SSID. I use another Android 10 phone to pair the smart switch. This is my last resort to pair it. It worked and continue to work after I brought it home.

– Primero tuve un Archer C7, la verdad es un muy buen producto, tenía relativamente una buena cobertura por si solo, después agregue extensores OneMesh y era muy buena la cobertura, la velocidad y en general la estabilidad de la red.

– Purchased two ( one by mistake) Full disclosure, I work in IT – tried to set this up multiple ways using the app as directed, tried on both IOS and Android, and just wouldn’t connect to the Deco. Unboxed the second one thinking it was hardware and exact same issue – TP Link Phone support only available on week days, Live Chat said I was first in queue – stayed that way for over 30 minutes before I gave up. Called Amazon and they answered my call in less than 10 seconds and had processed a refund in less than 2 mins, now THATS customer support. Maybe TP Link should take some notes. DO Not buy this product, its not my first run in with TP Link, I should have known better, will be buying the Amplifi HD Wifi Router by Ubiquiti now instead. Never had a problem with Ubiquiti products

– Me mudé hace unos meses a una casa de 3 pisos; sufrí más de un año por las redes. El DECO X20 es súper fácil de instalar y pareciera que todos mis aparatos están conectados vía ethernet. Mi velocidad con ethernet era de 250 MB; antes del DECO, mis aparatos detectaban máximo 50 MB vía wifi; ahora con el DECO X20 detectan arriba de 200 MB vía wifi; el DECO X20 es simplemente una MARAVILLA.
