Hanson Chan from TP-Link Customer Support is the BEST!!! – I called tech support for my TP-Link WiFi 6 Gaming Router because the signal was not working all too well and I got Hanson Chan. I was very impressed by how well he knows this product and all of his knowledge with TP-Link products in general! He went above and beyond to assure me that he was going to get my problems resolved. I asked him around 6 different questions and he did not have to put me on hold or search for the answers. He response just flowed so well and made it so easy for me to get my problems resolved. I asked him about my deco units and I know that it is a different department but he advise me that I do not need to be transferred and he can assist me. I was very impressed and sure enough he got all of my deco units running perfectly. I asked him for his information because going forward I just want to talk to someone who has patience and the knowledge to assist my needs. I am grateful for Hanson being part of the TP-Link Customer Support and I hope that the support team can see what a gem he is to the team. As long as Hanson is on the team I will continue to purchase more TP-Link Products! I wish you the best Hanson!

A MUST HAVE!!! – It was love @ first sight. Just the unboxing alone was amazing. The light on top reminds me the iron man logo. We recently upgraded our Spectrum equipment. Spectrum provides a decent service but they don’t have the greatest equipment far as modem and router. The interface is also simple and easy to use.

So far, so good (and better than the AC5400) – I bought the TP-Link AC5400 Tri Band WiFi Gaming Router in August 2020. It’s been not great with erratic dropouts (somewhat improved with a scheduled nightly reboot). The 2.4 GHz band finally gave out entirely in just two years.
