Lasted 8 months – I am in the I.T. industry and this was a surprise to me that this device only lasted 8 months it is now dead and unfunctional. I do not think I would recommend this product. Netgear requires it to be registered, they will do nothing for you if it is beyond that registered point as well.(90 days) I am now back on the lookout after all the money invested in this product……

Wow! This thing is fast… – Replaced an Xfinity 1g modem / router/ phone. Connected to eero6e mesh network. Initially, internet would flash white and I was getting 950 out of my 1.2 gig plan. Eero documentation said port selection didn’t matter. Changed cable to 2.5 gig port, internet light on modem turned blue, and now I’m seeing 1.4g on my 1.2 plan. Setup was easy. Couldn’t be happier with the increased speed (Xfinity router <1g ) and not having to pay the 15/month.

Works great – I bought this as an upgrade after my cable internet provider informed me that my old (more than 5 years) cable modem was intermittently cutting out, which is good because when the old one gasped its last bit, I just swapped in the new one and gave the provider the mac-address in not much longer than the old one’s power-cycle that I sometimes used to get that one going again. I should have done this earlier. I was concerned that the change over possibly wouldn’t have gone so smoothly.

Your ISP needs to know – Had trouble with Xfinity not being able to activate it after 2 hr on phone with their “advanced tech support”. Netgear tech support took two days to figure it out. Finally they said ISP has to do MAC provisioning and then my LAN finally worked. Painful but now it works great
