Works great for weak wifi – I needed this for a back bedroom that has a weak Wi-Fi signal and at times has no Wi-Fi. I had this set up in 5 minutes with step by step instructions and plugged in between the room with the weak signal and the living area. I now have full bars and no problems with Wi-Fi so it worked great for my needs.

Great buy!! – I was so frustrated when I put a ring security camera outside. I have a dual band Wi-Fi but the signal was too weak for it to work. I bought this Wi-Fi booster and now the security camera works great!! We have a medal roof and I’m sure that had something to do with it not working but the Wi-Fi booster fixed the problem. I highly recommend it.

While it’s not the be all, end all to getting better wifi but it sure does help a lot! – This is the perfect product if you are looking to boost wifi in a medium size apartment, condo, or home with a almost straight line of sight to the router you are trying to boost. While it doesn’t work miracles it’s good at what it’s supposed to do and with a little patience, it can do what you need it to do. I recommend connecting an Ethernet cable to your router or external device (I connected my LG tv) to get a more clear signal.

WIFI Now Strong Enough To Use Ring Doorbell – My $199 Ring Doorbell was useless due to a poor WIFI signal. I should have known better because all of my other electronic devices received a poor signal outdoors as well. I bought this WIFI extender hoping it would help. It proved to be just what was needed. I went from having a signal strength of -68 which is considered really bad to -52 which is considered very good. Prior to adding the extender the battery on the Ring would drain quickly and still not give a reliable video signal. Now the video signal is great and the battery is now draining much slower. I realize this is review mainly discusses the Ring Doorbell but I think it is worth providing details because the positive experience should translate to whatever device you want the extender to connect to.
