I don’t like it – I bought the 4G LTE mobile hotspot for my iPad so I could play games while I wasn’t at home but I couldn’t get it to work so I sent it back and got another one sent in it’s place, it did the same thing. I couldn’t charge it because it wouldn’t even turn on or light up. I didn’t want to deal with it again. I wouldn’t have even given it 1 star but I didn’t have that option!

It doesn’t work at all!! – I got it in the mail and tried hooking it up to my computer, it refused to work. I even bought the Sim card for it and it still refuses to work. I wouldn’t recommend this device. What a waste of money

Doesn’t work. Cheaply made – First I found out that on the battery terminal there is a piece of plastic that has to be removed. If someone doesn’t know about that plastic piece they would think the box doesn’t work. The instructions are not helpful and too small. It isn’t a sturdy device. For me the best thing about it is the size. It can go in your pocket. It kept saying No Internet Service. But I had a plan on it from my phone carrier. It was just a plastic box. Every time I pushed the button you heard it cracking and one of the corners would come apart and open. Really cheap!!! Not worth the price. I returned mine because everything about it was cheap except the price. Don’t buy this. It won’t last a week.
